Conditions of Use

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
In all circumstances, Savingsblast.com's , maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Savingsblast.com shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Savingsblast.com shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages. Savingsblast.com is not responsible for any lost data, online errors, displaying errors, online page errors or any online processing errors that have been caused by software or computers. Savingsblast.com does not hold any liabilities for any loss of emails due to technical error(s).

2. ORDER PROCESSING
The orders are normally shipped out within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order (excluding holidays). Savingsblast.com may contact you regarding the order you have placed. If, for any reason, you cannot be reached, your order will be put on hold. Savingsblast.com does not hold any responsibilities for any on hold orders for which they may cause any additional delays. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their information is input clearly and correctly. We, however, will issue an email upon receiving your order regarding the information you have input. You may contact us (www.Savingsblast.com) during normal business hours (EST) through email at info@savingsblast.com. We reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.

3. PACKAGE LOSS OR DAMAGE -- Savingsblast.com's limited liability Savingsblast.com does not hold any responsibility for any loss of shipment due to shipping carrier's mistakes or wrongdoings. In addition, however, Savingsblast.com will issue a second shipment, under special conditions, 15 days after UPS claims the package lost. Under any circumstances, Savingsblast.com’s liability is limited to assisting in package locating, and to provide second shipment upon condition approval.

4. SHIPPING METHODS
Savingsblast.com offers UPS, U.S. Postal Service and/or other shipping methods at our discretion. We do not ship to APO, FPO or USS Ship
UPS DOES NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS. WE ARE NOT OPEN DURING WEEKENDS.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you'd like to cancel your order after you placed it, Savingsblast.com will try to do so to the best of our ability, unless the order has already been processed and prepaired for shipment. In this case, we will ship your order and you will be able to return it upon receipt. Savingsblast.com will not be able to refund any shipping charges incurred.

6. PRICE CHANGES
Savingsblast.com reserves the right to change any price at anytime. All pricing errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

7. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Savingsblast.com makes every effort to keep the inventory amounts displayed on our site up to date. On rare occasions, there may be situations when some items go out of stock. If the buyer purchases an item that is currently out of stock, Savingsblast.com will notify the buyer as soon as possible about the out of stock status and will immediately issue full refund on the order.
